IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOST AND IS ANY OF IT REFUNDABLE?
Security deposit is dependent on credit and is refundable at move-out unless there are any amounts owed or damages incurred.
IS RENTER'S INSURANCE REQUIRED?
You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise at the Retreat provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.
WHAT LEASING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer 6-12 month leases.
DO YOU OFFER INDIVIDUAL LEASES & CO-LIVING?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
DO YOU ACCEPT SECTION 8 VOUCHERS?
Yes, we accept Section 8 vouchers.
CAN THE APARTMENT BE SUBLET OR LISTED ON SHORT-TERM RENTAL PLATFORMS LIKE AIRBNB OR VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR THE POOL?
8AM - 9PM
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE LAUNDRY FACILITY?
The laundry facility is open 24/7.
ARE APARTMENTS INTERNET/CABLE READY? IS THERE A SEPARATE CHARGE? HOW DO I SET IT UP?
Yes, our apartments are internet/cable ready through Cox.
HOW DO I GET MY PACKAGES/DO YOU HAVE PACKAGE LOCKERS?
Front door delivery or USPS mailboxes. Our leasing office does not accept packages.
ARE BBQ GRILLS AVAILABLE?

WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?
No smoking inside unit. Smoking is allowed 5ft from building.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS; IF SO, DO YOU HAVE PET AMENITIES?
Yes, Rise at the Retreat is a pet-friendly community! Enjoy our dog park and walking paths!

Open covered and uncovered parking for residents.

Our renovated apartment units offer wood plank vinyl flooring.
IS THERE A BATHTUB OR JUST A SHOWER?
Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.
WHAT KIND OF APPLIANCES AND FEATURES DOES THE KITCHEN HAVE?
Our renovated apartment units offer stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
DO KITCHEN SINKS HAVE A GARBAGE DISPOSAL?
Garbage Disposals are available in select apartment homes.
